Made in Bhubaneswar, for every Indian wedding

Invitetale is made by Omkar, in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Why Invitetale

Printed wedding cards take weeks: designing them, printing them, sending them by hand and by courier — and paying for a card for every single family. A link reaches every family the same evening, wherever they live.

But most digital invitations are the same few templates, whatever the wedding. Every Indian tradition has its own art — Paithani silk, Pattachitra, Madhubani, phulkari, the kolam at the door — and its invitation should look like it belongs to that wedding.

How the designs are made

Each design is made in-house, starting from one tradition’s own art: its colours, its motifs and the moments of its wedding. Then it is built into an invitation that moves — temple doors that open, a kolam drawn as guests scroll, a Pattachitra that paints itself — and that opens with each family’s own name on it.

See every design, by tradition.

What we promise

  • Free to try. Make your whole invitation and see it exactly as your guests will. You pay ₹1,999 only when you are ready to send it.
  • Your families stay yours. Your draft, your guest list and who has opened it are seen only by you. Your invitation opens for the people who have its link, and search engines are asked not to list it.
  • A real person answers. Questions on WhatsApp are answered by a person, not a bot.
